18.9.2018 – Home – Bad Mitterndorf – Sölkpass (Käsebrot at Hansenalm) – Rottenmann lake near Schoder (submerged church tower) – Turracher Höhe (Stop at Kornock for a turkey salad) – Nockalmstrasse. Stop for a drink at Glockenhütte. Overnight in Zirbenhof in Innerkrems (Euro 57.00 for a double room and breakfast). Simple, but OK and very quiet. And you get a half price voucher for the Nockalm for the next day. Met Othmar from Carinthia, who works for BMW Munich. Nice guy, rides a BMW. I had Kärntner Kasnudeln and Geoff had a Schnitzel (the menu is limited).
19.9.2018 – Innerkrems – Schönfeld – Obertauern – coffee stop in Gnadenalm – then Eben – St. Martin – Annaberg – Gosau for a snack (gebackene Steinpilze) and then home.
This was the first time that we did this Runde and we LOVED it – will have to do it again very soon !
